Not necessarily, receiving calls free of charge does require the number to be connected to the Internet, however we make it possible to forward calls to other numbers, paying a small fee per minute.
We have accounts in pre-paid and post-paid models, by default all accounts are created in the pre-paid model but upon analysis, in some cases accounts are released in the post-paid model.

Yes, however it is not recommended because in this type of network packet losses normally occur during transmission, which generate voice cuts or even drops that would not be generated on wired media, this does not happen on 4G networks.

Yes, in order to use our Virtual PBX solution, an Internet connection is a prerequisite.
You can, but it is not recommended, using the same extension on 2 different devices can cause loss of incoming calls, as the solution is not completely prepared for this scenario, however it works to make calls.
The Virtual PBX solution created by Ligmee is stored in large data centers and is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, thus offering its customers high availability. When maintenance occurs, it is scheduled outside the company business hours, with short periods of time.

Payment Methods

To add balance (insert credits) you first need to have an account, if you don t already have one, create one and then access the customer area by logging in with your email and password. After logging into our Portal there will be an option Top-ups / Payments, in this menu it is possible to add credit to the account.
Customers can make payments via PayPal account, or through PagSeguro (Boleto Bancário or Credit Card), we also offer bank transfer via chat on the website.
Yes. After 180 days from the date of payment, if you have not made another top-up, the credits will automatically expire.

SIP Trunks

SIP Trunk is a connection between 2 PBX systems for transmitting calls.
The default limit released on each Ligmee SIP trunk is 5 calls, which can be increased upon analysis.
