Call pickup
To perform call capture, you must first be in a previously created answering group. If you do not have a group created, you cannot perform call capture.
Once the extension is allocated to a group, to use the feature simply press *8 when any extension in the group is ringing, the call will automatically be captured to your extension.
Call Recording
To enable the call recording module, if you do not have this functionality enabled, simply access the customer portal Requests menu and open a call requesting the release of this feature, this functionality has monthly costs involved.
If you have the functionality enabled, simply go to the Reports > Calls menu and check the calls made/received with their respective recordings.
How to make calls
To make a call to numbers in Brazil, simply type ( 0 + DDD + Telephone number ) or ( Telephone number ) if it is the same area code as the local area.
